BREAKFAST FOR YOUR MICROBIOTA
The best way to start your day, in a healthy way and taking care of your Microbiota!
Ingredients:
8 cherry tomatoes
½ avocado
⅓ cup olive oil
½ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped and disinfected
1 tablespoon of real lemon
Super Tip:
Preheat the oven to 180º, while on a tray with waxed paper place the tomatoes, season with olive oil and bake for 15 min.
Prepare the eggs either scrambled or fried as you like.
On a plate place the baked tomatoes, eggs and sliced avocado, add the cilantro.
And enjoy!
